Leslie W. Warrick is a Past Fire Chief (2002-2003), Past President (2012) and Life Member of the CHFCo. (2013). Les was elected and served as the President of the "New Castle County (DE) Fire Chief's Association" (2005) and was elected and served as the President of the "Delaware State Fire Chiefs Association" (2011-2012). Les has also served as a Representative for District #5 on the "New Castle County (DE) Fire and Ambulance Advisory Board" (2010-present)
