Hall Rental

The Cranston Heights Fire Company would like to offer a large and luxurious reception hall for your use. The hall is available to use for weddings, banquets, corporate functions, training sessions, birthdays, anniversaries, and funeral luncheons. We offer the use of the hall during all seven days of the week, evening, and nights.

Cranston Heights Memorial Hall can accommodate parties of 50-300 people comfortably. Our Hall is decorated seasonally for your convenience. We offer round table seating (8 or 10 seats per table), banquet seating (For training or seminars), and banquet style tables for the head table and serving area. The serving area, along with the bar, is separate from the seating and dancing area.
Our bar rental packages offer our professional bartenders for your event. For weekend events, renters must use the bar facilities for the distribution of soda or alcohol. No soda or alcoholic beverages may be brought into the Cranston Heights Memorial Hall. Cranston Heights Memorial Hall is a non-smoking facility. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

Hall Rental Options

- Selected caterers can be recommended and outsie licensed and insured caterers may be approved.
- Rental of AV equipment while using the hall.
- Full service coat room.
- A Bar Rental Package may be added if required.

Outside catering is currently not allowed. Catering is available from Creations by Catherin and the Cranston Heights Ladies Auxiliary.
