Around 8:15pm on April 12th, Engine 14 was dispatched to assist Aetna Hose, Hook & Ladder Company on the unit block of Chestnut Avenue for a Residential Fire. 9-8 arrived with smoke showing, finding a priority patient in the front yard. The patient was transported by EMS to the hospital and subsequently transferred to a burn center. Engine 14’s crew worked inside with a hand line, finding hoarder conditions. Multiple units were on scene to bring the fire under control.
